Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. crushed pretzels
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. oleo, melted
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 pkg. dream whip or small cool whip
  • 1 large strawberry jello
  • 2 10 oz. pkgs. of strawberries
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
Mix and press the pretzels, sugar and oleo into a 13" x 9" pan.

Bake 7 minutes at 400 degrees and cool.

Blend the cream cheese, powdered sugar and coolwhip and spread over crust.

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add strawberries and pineapple

Chill slightly then pour over mixture in pan and chill.
