Salmon


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. salmon
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 5 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • sea salt to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Lightly grease a medium baking dish and put salmon in dish.

Melt butter and mix with lemon juice. Drizzle over salmon.

Season with dill, garlic powder and salt.

Bake 25 minutes or until easily flaked.
